We started from Hydrabad in night from bus at 8 PM on 13 Jan 2011 and reached vizag in the morning at 7 AM. After that we concluded the amonst RK beach and Rishikonda beach the later is much better and a nice hotel to live there was Sai Priya Beach resort. Although I would say that the sinlgle AC room there was costly and shabby we preferred the cottage @ Rs. 850 per day for 2 people and they agreed for Rs. 1000 per day if 3 people have to stay there. After breakfast in the resort itself we went to have a great walk on the Rishikonda beach find the attached pics. Then we went back to resort and after a late lunch we went to near by Beach called Bhimili beach.
This beach is also very good and least crowded. The serenity there was awesome. see the pics attached. The next morning we took the early morning 6:30 general class train from vizag to araku. This is the only train from vizag to araku. In araku we stayed in private hotel by name krishna at Rs. 1200 / day. There we took auto (Rs. 800 for 3 places) for local site seeing but I think we should have preferred cab (indica @ Rs. 1300 ). The waterfall was not very awesome and same was with the coffee gardens. But the Borra Caves there were mesmerizing. I had never seen such huge natural caves till now. The next morning we relaxed in Araku and then in afternoon too APSRTC bus to vizag which took 4 Hrs exactly to reach at 5 PM. After that we took private bus from vizag to Hyderabad to reach hyderabad in the morning at 8 o'clock.
